I live about 30 mins from the olympic construction sites in London but have yet to see any construction jobs advertised for the work needed. Who has taken all the work? foreign workers maybe?
      Answer1:As usual (when theres a public money gravy train loading up) I expect all the Contracts have all gone to the mates/relatives of the people in power at the time (Ken Livingstone, I presume) and they have their own workforces ...With the current recession, I suggest its highly unlikely they will be advertising for workers .. more likley they will be making people Redundant ... or simply hiring from the people queuing outside their doors ..
