Termination from work on the 26th jan
Answer1:You mention a P45, so Im assuming you are in the UK. My advice would be to speak to them and ask for some kind of time frame as to how long you should be waiting. Anything related to government or NHS is notoriously slow in the UK, so dont expect it to be dealt with quickly. Dont drop the issue though, tell them youre stuck with no money and play the sympathy card. I know it sounds cynical, but just try anything to get them moving. Good luck!
Answer2:Get money by publishing your works:You can published all your works like articles, essay, story, video, and recorded speech(audio)for free.. and you can earn money when people view your published work.Just follow this link and sign up:http://www.bukisa.com/join/4941http://www.bukisa.com/join/4941http://www.bukisa.com/join/4941
Answer3:You should receive the pay on whenever your normal pay date was. They are not obligated to pay you any sooner. The absolute worst-case scenario for you would be if (as mine is) your normal pay date is the 25th of the month, in which case they could reasonably expect you to wait until 25 February (being the next 25th to occur). However, it is unusual to receive a P45 before your last pay has gone through. You shouldnt get a P45 until all payments have been made. So, sounds like perhaps they are going to try not to pay it. I would just keep phoning!
